How involved do we need to be each month?

We start with a quick planning call to review priorities, then your client coordinator takes it from there. You’ll review and approve your monthly content all in one. We know things will pop up that can be urgent, our team is always at the ready to meet your communication needs.

What if we don’t have any photos or videos to share?
That’s where we come in. Our team will visit your town for photo/video shoots or provide remote guidance to capture what we need. You don’t have to be a content creator — we’ve got it covered.
Do you only work with towns in the Chicago area?

While we’re based in Chicagoland, we can work with towns across the country. For remote clients, we offer flexible solutions for capturing content.

How does the approval process work?
Everything is managed through CloudCampaign. At the end of each month, you’ll receive a full calendar of next month’s posts. You can review, request edits, or approve everything at once — all in one place.
Can we request last-minute posts or urgent alerts?
Yes. We offer priority turnaround for urgent updates like safety notices or timely announcements.
Do you manage comments or messages on our pages?
Yes. We handle posting and scheduling, and community management (responding to comments or DMs) is included in our packages.
What platforms do you post to?
We currently support Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. If you’re active on other platforms we’re happy to discuss additional support.
Do you help with our website too?
Yes. We can manage website updates and even help you with a complete website redesign.
Can we customize what’s included in our plan?
Each plan is designed to be plug-and-play, but we offer customization and add-ons like training, consulting, or brand refresh services to tailor things to your needs. Book a call to learn more.
Is there a long-term contract?

Nope. All plans can be month-to-month, however you do receive a discount of one month free when you pay annually.
